The Licensor may limit or revoke the Licensee's right to use the Products if the Licensee breaches any part of this Agreement.
2. Use of Samples
The Samples are licensed royalty-free. The Licensee may use them for commercial purposes as part of original musical compositions. 4. Use of Project Files

The Licensee may use them to study production, sound design, mixing and arrangement techniques. The Licensee may not use the Project Files, in whole or in part, as the foundation for or as a component of any musical work released commercially. The Licensee also may not share, sell, sublicense or distribute the Project Files by any digital or physical means, including websites, social media or any other platform. Any breach of this clause may lead to legal action.
5. No Use for Artificial Intelligence Training
The Licensee may not use the Products, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune or otherwise build or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, system or dataset, including generative audio models. This restriction applies whether the use is commercial or non-commercial.
6. Disclaimer
The Licensor is not liable for any damage to hardware, software, equipment or health arising from the download or use of the Products. The Licensee acknowledges that prolonged listening at high volume through headphones or earbuds may cause hearing damage.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
